This is the best time to do what you love

Client Results

I value transparency, so I crunched the numbers. Here’s a peek into my business and the real results my clients achieve through our work together.

  • 90% of my clients achieve the measurable goals they set out for themselves at the beginning of our coaching agreement. These goals vary, but include: leaving a job, finding a new job, starting a business, figuring out what they want to do and doing it, launching (and filling) programs, and increasing revenue.

  • And most of my clients say achieving those goals wasn’t even the best part. The majority of my clients feel more peaceful, more creative, and more confident after our time together. They’re less paralyzed by a fear of what other people will think of them. They no longer believe they’re not good enough. And that, I think, is the whole point of doing what you love.

  • All of my clients who didn’t know what they wanted to do have figured it out in six months. And all of them, in some capacity, are doing that thing (paid or unpaid) at the end of the six months. Their prior experience level in that field determined if they were creating money at the six month mark.

  • 75% of my clients who wanted to leave their job in six months left it. My clients who were able to leave their jobs were (1) already clear on what they wanted to do and (2) already had experience in that line of work.

  • This process is fun. 67% of my clients choose to renew for a second, third, or fourth coaching agreement.

These statistics are a 12 month average from July 2021-July 2022.

The Logistics

How we’ll work together

We’ll meet once a week, for one-hour sessions, over the course of six months.

  • You’ll take small, consistent steps every single week for six months. Many of my clients say the accountability alone was worth the investment.

  • Depending on where you are in the process, you may need a little less or a little more time. Six months tends to be the ideal amount of time to make significant progress, and to create a plan for your next steps.

  • The investment is $5,000 for the six month period. Flexible payment plans are available, at no additional cost.

Testimonials

“I have been reflecting on 2021 and remembered in the fall of 2020 we talked a lot about my business and what I wanted. You asked me what my monthly income goal was for my business and I said I'd be thrilled with an extra $1500/month. I made an average of $1900/mo in 2021! And I just signed a retainer that doubled my income to $3k/month. I have 3 current clients which means an average of $3450/month. For now. You challenged me to question what I thought I knew. I’m reaping the benefits of our work a year after our contract ended. And I want to say thank you.”

— Cheryl H.

“Just wanted to say thank you.  I'm seeing all this dramatic change with the business.  We're pulling in a ton of national work and have an abundance of opportunities happening - and it's all super fun stuff that I'm excited to work on.  So just wanted to extend a thank you for your help because I know it's directly linked.”

— Greg D.

“I woke up this morning and realized I’ve already made 10k in 2021. I’ve tripled my income since September and with my combined income I’m set to make over $100,000 this year which is beyond something I ever could have imagined for myself when we signed.”

Autobiography in Five Chapters
by Portia Nelson

I
I walk down the street
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk
I fall in.
I am lost...I am hopeless.
It isn’t my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out

II
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don’t see it.
I fall in again.
I can’t believe I’m in the same place.
But it isn’t my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.

III
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk
I see it is there.
I still fall in...it is a habit
My eyes are open
I know where I am
It is my fault.
I get out immediately.

IV
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.

V
I walk down another street.

Skillsets you’ll master
with one-on-one coaching

  1. Developing awareness

You can’t change what you’re not aware of. Until you understand the role you’re playing in creating the results you don’t want, you can’t change your thoughts and behaviors to create the results you do want. Our work starts with developing awareness, and we do it with the utmost compassion and honesty.

  2. Cultivating love and self-compassion

Part of you wants to go all in, but part of you is afraid to take action. The natural tendency is to force, ignore, or bully the scared part of you so it’ll comply. We don’t do that. You’ll learn how to change your behavior through love and compassion only. Cultivating love and self-compassion is not just the kindest strategy—it’s a skillset that builds self-confidence in every stage of the process.

  3. Intentionally changing how you think

We teach our minds to fall in (or out of) love with hundreds of ideas every day. You already know how to do this. You’ve been doing it automatically your entire life. You’ll intentionally start thinking like the most successful version of yourself—the one whose already accomplished what you want to accomplish. Changing how your mind operates is the easiest, fastest, and simplest way to create what you want.

What to expect during your initial consultation

  • Set aside 90 minutes where you can be present. Find a room with a door, put up the “do not disturb” sign, and grab your journal. Our time together will be most impactful if you’re able to feel fully present.

  • We’ll spend the majority of our time together talking about where you are now and where you want to be.

  • We’ll create a bridge to get you from A to B. The bridge will only include things that are within your control: your thoughts, your feelings, your actions. When you learn how to think, feel, and act like the person whose already created what you want — making money doing what you love becomes inevitable.

  • You’ll make a decision about

“I was thinking about giving up on my business when we began working together. I was working all the time on my business and felt exhausted. Halfway through our coaching, I started signing clients at my full rate. Today, my business is viable and I’m earning an income that matches my expertise. My schedule feels intentional — I have time to rest, plan, and prioritize my business. I market myself in a way that feels genuine. I’m no longer stuck worrying how people will receive me.”
